不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
The room was not cleaned at all. If they are going to charge such expensive cleaning fees. The least that can be done is to make sure there isn't any dust on untouched surfaces. The top of the refrigerator had a massive amount of dust on it. The tile was laying on the floor in the bathroom. The shower had mold in the grout. The couches had the vinyl falling off. The bed was really hard and springy, heavy fish coming from AC unit. My wife and i had a horrible allery/ sinus issue with the air quality. This is a classic don't judge a book by its cover. The hotel looks lovely on the outside. But there is very poor upkeep with the property and tenants.
I would never use my hard earned dollars for an experience like this anymore. My suggestion of you want an awe inspring over night experience. Choose a brand that you know had great showmanship, i.e. The Hilton, The Marriott.
P.S. you don't have to stay at a premier hotel to get the small things, especially if these things are included in the total price. Definitely a low budget hotel. Our it could have just been the room with expedia. Not for certain.
