filty place the moment I step in room from my journey from louisville kentycky driving I call them and ask to be moved to another facility they told me they are over book for winter they have nothing else I told them i am going to look for another place they told me I have to stay there for month or I want get my deposit back I book that place for 5 month sight unseen who can stay in that filt for 5 month now they refuse to give me my $ 700 deposit back saying it should be in writing I am going to report them to my credit company better busniss Before I book this place I ask them about mail delivery they said they will call me when my mail come it never happen 4 days after i move in this place they send me a message they are not taking mail becouse they are over book and for me to rent mail box at post office I am resident of south carolina for 12 years goverment dont accept po box for home rsidency homestead tax brake for seniors becouse peple from north were cheating on their residency I ask them to take my mail for few weeks my medication was already on its way I kept calling about mail they kept saying there is nothing I went to their office and they hand me whole bunch of mail plus my medication need less to say my credit cards and my bills were all overdue they withheld my mail which is against the law I fiil sorry for owners that trust their property to them they are running their places to ground after my experiance with them I check them with better busniss face book they have hundreds of complaning against them i have taken picture of place i have proof I travel the world in my life never seen place condition like this this is not even 3 world accomodation bathroom shower water was running half blast I notify them they said they will send some body to fix it never happen.
