Portofino IV 2002 - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

Ocean front in north Garden City Beach, South Carolina ~ Portofino IV. A private home community of 12 houses with an ocean front pool, landscaped grounds and some of the best views on the east coast. 2002 North Waccamaw Drive has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and accommodates 14 with 1 king bed, 4 queens and 2 captains bunks (double on bottom, single on top). Weber and park style charcoal grills as well as a gas grill are available for the outdoor chefs in your group. No smoking or pets allowed.

5 Bedrooms: 4 up and 1 down. 4 Baths: 3 up and 1 down. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 Captains bunks up; 2 queens down.

Ocean front complex of 12 homes with common grounds and community pool. Pool is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Covered porch. Walkway to beach. Approximate square footage 2150. Weber and park style charcoal grills and a gas grill. WIFI.

Cockroaches

Had palmatto bugs, then cockroaches. Called Dune realty, they seemed very unconcerned. Sent someone out to treat. 2 days later we saw more cockroaches

Oceanfront fun

The house is very nice and has updated features. You can't beat the oceanfront location! The deck is also a great spot to relax and still have the ocean right in front of you. We never know what to expect with cleanliness anywhere. It wasn't terrible but was not exactly clean either. We always clean for ourselves before settling in. I would recommend this property!

Just what we needed!

Loved the location of this home! The easy access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The inside of the hone felt bigger than the pictures which is always a nice surprise. We all fit comfortably during our stay and felt at home. The outside deck area was used all the time as well. It was a fabulous week and we are so glad we found this home to stay in. Thanks!

Loved the location

We loved the location. We were right on the beach. The house was perfect for our 5 adults and 4 children. The open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for a beach house. We never felt crowded and it was wonderful having coffee on the deck each morning looking out on the ocean. We loved being able to go to and from the beach without having to pack up for the day. We would definitely consider renting again. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Awesome Beach House

This property was as advertised. The view was amazing! The communication and process with Dunes was very easy. We had a couple things that needed to be looked at and they sent a maintenance person right over even on a Saturday! If we come back to the Myrtle Beach area we will be staying here again.
