We had a great time during our stay. The unit was clean when we got there. You can tell it is an older place and has been well used as the walls need some paint and bathroom exhaust fans need some cleaning. When we got there the unit was hot and we realized the AC wasn’t working properly. We notified the manager and they had someone out within the hour. It was back cooling and we didn’t have anymore problems with it. They also continued to check in throughout our stay to make sure it was running and we didn’t need anything else. The pool was nice touch and even though it is shared we had it to ourselves. The location was perfect for us. The walk was .13 from the beach and 10-15mins to everything we wanted to do. We only cooked one time and it did have the cooking basics. The only thing I will ding them on is the lack of complementary things. When you pay as much as they want for a few days, I am expecting the place to at least have salt, pepper and basic coffee. We have stayed in many rentals and the owners ALWAYS provide these things if not more. Even hotels provide coffee in the rooms. Although it may not be used, it’s a nice touch that will keep people coming back. They did provide a complimentary kitchen items like dish soap. The bathrooms did have soap and shampoo but in the second bathroom they must have not been checked as when we went to use the shampoo/conditioner they were empty. Replacements were there just not put up. Overall a good place we’d use again.

Great location to beach and other activities!

Place needs some updating and deeper cleaning. Front room furniture (couches) extremely dirty. Tv didn’t work in front room (not able to connect to cable). Floors extremely dirty and repeated issues with washing machines. Also there is a bee problem on the stairwell. You can see evidence of bees (sawdust) on steps. Something should be done about this property. The outdoor pool was full of leaves. Do not recommend staying here.

A Great Stay A Good Value 1 Great Family Trip

Our family of four had an excellent stay! This unit is roomy with enough space for both adults and teens. It is one of the cleaner vacation rentals we have encountered during the last few years. The off-street parking is great. The location is perfect for visiting the beach or local shops and restaurants. The unit has a homey feel if looking to just relax. The washer / dryer is a plus, although we had some struggles initially with the washer. The lid lock sensor is a bit finicky, but we were able to work it out. Both check in and check out were a breeze.

Almost got it right!

Vacasa manages this property and had we had a problem with the washer. It did not work my clothes were soaked and I hadn’t brought many with me because it was a short get away. My clothes I had to hang then off the balcony so the could drip dry enough to take the to a laundromat. Vacasa told me that someone would be out to look at the washing machine and they never came nor did not call me back to follow up. Spent way too much time dealing with this issue and it still didn’t resolve the problem. Had to take time and go to the laundromat to have clothes to wear. The floors had sand all over them, the kitchen sink was unsanitary, the internet was very slow for the tv’s and screens keep freezing, and tv remotes needed batteriers, no dish soap to clean dishes.

Infestation

Check in process was a breeze after entering we examined the property and disinfected everything just to find DEAD ROACHES surrounding the floor as if they bombed the place, as well as roach traps under the sink I have pictures and videos. I called every number listed and didn’t get assistance until 1am in the morning check in was at 4pm. I was then moved to another property that had no hot water and two of the TVs didn’t work at that point I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one making my stay VERY UNPLEASANT

After experiencing several difficulties with the check-in process and issues of waiting for a working coffee maker, everything was great. We loved the location’s proximity to the beach, local eateries and shops.

Overall experience

Overall, the property was listed accurately. Couple areas that could have been improved is the small spider issue. I found 13 between the two bedrooms and bathrooms. I expected the pool and pool area to be cleaner from leaves and debris. And I had a nice little run in with two very large racoons on the first stair landing at 6am. I also was a bit frustrated with my communications in an attempt to get a one-hour extension on check out due to my work schedule. I was informed I would have to call back the day before for options and there would be a charge. I ended up paying for another night just so I could have that extension, not have stress, and not staying for that night. I have booked at other vrbo locations and never had this issue. Thank you

Rental review

Everything was very nice. Selected this place for its nice reviews on cleanliness, location to the beach, space and quiet hours. The last condo I rented everyone adhered to the quiet hours. Unfortunately, the occupants above us were inconsiderate of occupants below them ( us). They came in at midnight the first night and 1:00am the second night. Had a child who threw a temper tantrum and kicked the floor ( our ceiling). When the upstairs used the plumbing it rattled the pipes through our rental. The upstairs occupants showered anywhere between midnight and 4:00am. As lovely as this space was, I would not rent again because this vacation should have been relaxing and restful but because of the noise, it was interrupted and aggravating. If you can handle rude people above you, rent it. Space is lovely and taken care of by owner. The occupants downstairs with a dog were more considerate than the occupants upstairs.

Nicely decorated and great location!

This was a great location for our stay for our son's baseball trip to Ripken. Easy walk to the beach and nice and quiet area. The condo was nicely decorated with a great open concept.

Golf trip

From the outside, it appeared that it could’ve been subpar but the inside condo what a pleasant surprise. There was what seemed to be a long term tenant directly above us that kept late hours and it literally sounded like they were tap dancing at 3am. Our condo seemed to be fairly clean but the floors were deceivingly dirty. Due to the color of the floors they merely appeared clean when they were actually dirty. Overall, a good place to stay but I travel extensively and this place was just ok. Decent but a ways to go to earn great.
