The room was exactly as described, Julie/Big Fish was quick to reply to any questions I had and checked in throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Location was great, just a ride down the elevator to the pool and beaches! I would definitely stay again and use Big Fish to help find a place to stay in the future.

Noisy ,right by units patio was dirty ,unit blew cold but had to block drapes back ,with a bag or it blew inside curtains? Refrigerator rocked back and forth ,entrance wasn't finished painting looked like they ran out of paint ,it did the job but wouldn't want that room again .....pools and pool areas have really gone down hill 😕 sad to see been going there 20 plus years ...front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Is not the same room in the picture

The pictures that she has up on the app is not the same room. The view is completely different. It's of a roof that is covered in mode and air conditioning units and its stanks, the beds are not a Queen size either. They are full the room, the painting aint all the way done in some of the areas, it was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel room.

This condo has easy access to the beach, easy parking, and an awesome pool area with plenty of hot tub, lazy river, and pool options. The room it self was underwhelming. One of the cabinet doors hindges was not connected so everytime you touch it it would fall off. Our 16 month old found that out quickly. One or 2 of the dishes in the kicken were not super clean. And the carpet in the room is very old and didnt feel clean. Everything about the room served its purpose and was fine. Just not awesome. My biggest gripe was the property management company emailing and texting me non stop the entire week before we got there and throughout our stay. I felt like i needed to take an entire day off work to read the extensive checkin instructions and almost everything on the list ended with "...or you will be fined." Hard to enjoy your stay if youre affraid to touch anything wrong and be fined for it. This was affordable and convenient, but not fantastic
