Honestly, the only thing this hotel had going was the view. Everything else was miserable. Our hotel room was dirty. Our sheets were dirty. The floors were peeling up the ceiling was peeling off. The handicap accommodations are not there at all. None of the amenities work and the staff just does nothing but stare at you blankly, and when you ask for a manager, apparently there no manager ever there however, they annoyingly charge you a $25 per !ay resort fee. Very run down. Needs to be completely remodeled. You ask the cleaning person for extra towels they wont give them to you. You have to go down to the front desk and get them. You call the front desk and no one answers. Very disappointed we left a day early.

This property was supposed to be a condo with a kitchennette and a FULL refrigerator. It is a hotel room nothing more and you got a mini fridge and the burners disnt work on the stove and no pots or pans even if it did work. We purchased frozen food items for our stay and had nowhere to put them and no way to prepare meals. We spent $500 over or budget on food we couldnt eat and eating out. The suanas werent open, no tubes for yhe lazy river that required them and the ceiling was coming down around the pool area. Also there was no housekeeping at all so we had sand everywhere and dirty towels on the floor. This place is a joke and expedia is also. I tried everyday we were there to get this resolved and we r home now and still no resolution!!! Dont use either of these places!!

Asked 4 times for more towels for our 3 day stay and never got them. Even went to the front desk and was told 3 times they would deliver them. They did not. No restaurant in facility. Construction was half done around pool area. No beach towels to rent or anything. Asked for a late checkout and was told we had 30 minutes to leave unless we were staying another night. I guess tou get what you pay for.

Hotel wasn’t clean, did not have linens available, tiki bar closed, cafe closed, ice cream shop closed!! Hotel website is very misleading, and amenities were not available. Our room was not clean!! Floors were nasty. Kitchen appliances were rusted…bathroom wasn’t clean. Would not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness & hotel conditions!

The big tvs was good.The didn't have kitchen supplies to cook with the resorts we've stay in has kitchen supplies. The 1st room the stove didnt even have a plug in for it .so we had to change rooms that one the shower in there had hair all in it. The balcony door wouldn't lock. Over all we wasn't happy at al the 2 days we were there.

The property was nice looking ourside. But inside was different.The spas didn't work. The ice machines on all floors didn't work. The sheets were stained. The light in our kitchen didnt work all the time. The lock on the balcony door didn't lock. The smell of Marijuana was everywhere. It needs of maintenance work.

Easy to get around; mostly clean; friendly staff. The refrigerator was full of water when we got to the room. I cleaned it all up and told the front desk of the problem upon checkout. Room #1110.

Just horrible. Requested lower floor because of height issue but couldn’t get anything lower than the 10th floor because “rooms were not clean and ready”, clerks words. Clerk was polite. Roaches crawling around outside area by picnic tables and then by outside pool. Mold by bedroom outlet. Box spring cover black/dirty. We slept on top of bedding. Bugs on ceiling by hole. Drapes ripped. Sliding door opens rough. Bathroom has a mat inside tub that was gross looking. We were woken early by someone that kept trying to come in room but we had safety lock on. We finally got out of bed and It was cleaning checking to see if anyone was in there. Obviously there was but she just kept trying to get in. She should have had a sheet saying which rooms were vacant. I would never suggest this hotel.

We couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

When I got there the room I was given it was filthy and run down and it was not the room I was promised it was like a crack hotel but I will say this the stuff went out of their way to try to make me more comfortable with a better room while I was there the hot tubs didn't work the ice machines didn't work half the time it wasn't located where I thought it was supposed to be located it was just very disappointing no restaurant no pool bar things like that

The beach view was nice. However, the interior side of the building (specifically the room) ruined the experience. The paint on the walls was peeling. They did not offer pots, pans, nor any other cookware; when we brought this concern up to the service desk, they had stated that that service was discontinued for a while now despite the website stating different. Additionally when we got to the room, the iron was missing (but not the ironing table), so we had to go to the desk to ask for the iron and had to wait for them to bring it up to our room "if they had any available" (as the service desk person had said). Likewise, they don't offer automatic room service cleaning, so we would have to go all the way down to the lobby to ask for towels and toilet paper and other toiletries. Lastly, the door handle leading to the balcony was very loose, almost completely off of its screws; by the end of our stay, the handle had fallen completely off of the door and the door was incredibly difficult to open and close (even when the handle was somewhat attached). During check in, we had gotten there a little early and they let us do a pre-check-in so that they could call us when the room was ready. The front desk person told us that check in was at 4pm despite the website stating it was at 3pm. We didn't receive a call and went back to the service desk just for them to tell us that our room was already ready.
