** Please be aware this is a 500 square foot condo. It has 3 beds which allows for it to sleep 6 people, however, please keep in mind that it is not a large space. We are happy to have 6 people stay but we do not want this to be a negative for people when they come, or something they are not aware of. Thank you! **

Welcome to unit #312 South Tower at Sea Watch Resort. This beautifully appointed, direct oceanfront condo has stunning beachfront views. Located at the Sea Watch Resort which is a gated complex in the Arcadian Section of Myrtle Beach (near Kingston Plantation & Restaurant Row)! This unit is perfect for a family vacation or a winter getaway. With ONSITE: parking garage, restaurant, market, 2 indoor pools, 6 outdoor pools, lazy rivers, tiki bar and more, you really don’t ever need to leave! This true one bedroom and bath has been updated and is sure to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay during your visit to the Grand Strand. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra privacy for your kids or guests. This perfectly located complex is situated near Restaurant Row in Myrtle Beach. You are only a 1 minute drive to Tanger Shopping Outlets, 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants and only 10 Minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. Easy access from this resort to Hwy 17 Kings Hwy, Hwy 22 and Hwy 31. Please feel free to email us with your questions regarding the property or the resort. Nice room. Bathroom needs updating ASAP. Not enough toilet paper or wash clothes. We were a guest of 4 people and I had to go buy more wash clothes and toilet paper. No ice machine, 2 ice trays. Mattresses need to be covered to shield it from moisture, spills, stains, dirt, dust mites, bed bugs, and other irritants. The pool and other amenities were great. Would definitely choose this room again if they update in some areas. Host was quick to respond. Location was great!

Property feels very safe. Tons of amenities. Condo is stocked well with everything you would need. Elevators are always quick. Host has excellent directions— you'll never need to waste vacation time contacting them for anything. Love Seawatch! Love staying with the Brantley’s.

4th of July week

The condo was spacious and very clean and well stocked with bath towels. We enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer from the pool to the beach and all the extras they had for the holiday week especially the fireworks watched from the balcony. I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone

Cute and cozy condo. Overall good experience. Though I was concerned about the door lock. Didn't feel real secure because there was too much play in the door even when locked. There was a lot of dust under the beds which we saw because we had to get our shoes out from under the bed. Furnishings were cute and up to date. The drapes over the sliding glass door could use replacing or cleaning.

We stayed here for the weekend and while the host does specify in the property details that the unit is small, I was not expecting it to be as tight as it was. Additionally the cleaning crew does not do a great job cleaning (there was a dirty air filter and a shoebox under one of the beds and they obviously don’t clean around the baseboards so the floors seemed dirtier than I’d expect. There are also some maintenance issues that need to be addressed (hood range light is out, lamps that don’t turn on easily because the knobs keep turning and don’t “catch” right away, plus the unit looks like it could stand to be updated). For the weekend it was fine but I couldn’t stay there any longer than that. If it were updated it’s a cute little place (if it looked exactly like the pictures), but the size would be an issue for any longer than a couple days. Also, the host was not very responsive unless I checked back with another message.

Enjoyable but….

Cute Little place ! Needs some minor repairs like door handle on patio door very loose,lamp switches not turning,could use a couple new chairs on balcony and a small table. But all in all minor things ,also not able to watch regular tv all Roku

The unit is dirty! The whole condo needs a deep cleaning every where!! There was stuff on the cabinets and something red like spaghetti sauce all over the front of the fridge! Who ever is cleaning this unit needs some training on how to properly clean between tenants!! The baseboards are filthy, there is black stuff around the tiles around the outside of the tub and up by the bathroom sink. The toaster and pans are the cheapest and oldest things I've ever seen. The couch is old and looks like it's never been cleaned. I will never stay in this unit again. Hopefully you get some new cleaners for this unit soon.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is very small just as stated in the listing, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo, so it worked out fine. It was clean which we really appreciated. We are a family of five and we fit fine by using the couch for one of our three kiddos to sleep on. If we were any larger of a family, it would have been a very tight squeeze to fit us and all of our luggage. The condo itself is nicely decorated and the grounds and common areas were mostly well kept and clean. The direct beach access was amazing and the pools were a big hit with our kiddos. The only thing I will say is there was not enough linens for five people in the condo. Thankfully, we brought a few of our own bath towels just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. I believe that’s a cleaning company issued set of linens, so that’s not the owners fault. They cleaners may have just accidentally not left enough. It was a wonderful little spot and our kids had a blast here. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic host and room!

This is the room we always look for first when we're going to Myrtle Beach, and it does not disappoint! Room is exactly as described, clean, well equipped, and on lower floor. The host is very easy to get in touch with, and gives you all the directions you need before checking in. Will continue to book this room (when it is available) when planning to stay at Myrtle Beach.

Repairs

Unit needs several repairs and updates. Toaster does not toast, lamp needs replaced or repaired, rug needs padding (very slippery), bathroom exhaust fan does not work, a keurig coffee maker would be a great update, handicap toilet would be a plus for us senior citizens.
