Exceptionally clean.

Nice comfy, clean. Older but updated. Large resort many pools hot tubs and beautiful view. Stunning sunrise of the long water view. Nice beach great bar restaurant on beach on property. Exterior Building repairs kinda a nightmare hard to park on events but nice stay none the less.

Myrtle Beach Resort Renaissance Tower

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was nice and clean, it was smaller than expected but overall nice. We did not have any trash bags which were supposed to be there and was inconvenient being that we had to take garbage out of room. There were a couple things broken (nothing major) and were told maintenance would be there next day to fix issues and also supply trash bags. Maintenance never showed up. Overall the place was fine but property management could have been way better.
