The unit needs some cosmetic work. i would say that the place was tired and needs freshening up. we really love the location and the size of the unit however they had a cable box in the Master Bedroom that was not working well and when i called Spectrum they said that box had been terminated 2 years ago FYI ????? we would probably come back to this Building but now in this unit.
