Clean room but somewhat dated. Could use updating. 2 elevators in this hotel. Expect waits to get to/from upper floors. Nice pool and good beach access. Early January 2026 stay.

Great Fall Getaway

We had a great fall get away at The Strand. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast had great hot options as well as yogurt & fruit. The small hotel bar was friendly and convenient for a night cap. The heated pool and large hot tub were great on a cooler day and the beach was clean and beautiful.

Hotel is nice, lots of amenities, nice breakfast, customer service was good. Hotel has aged so the architecture isn’t modern but doable. Definitely would stay again. Plus you have free access to their sister property at Breakers Resort which is more suitable for families with kids.

Best hotel on the beach! Has everything. Great rooms, great food, easy beach access, and it doesn’t break the bank. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here in less than a year, and I’ll definitely be back❤️!!!

Beach view great. Cleaning staff were helpful and did a good job. Lobby clean and staff were really nice. We will come back but this time we will get a 1 bedroom and stay longer than a week.

We stayed in an ocean front room, which had a great view. The pool and hot tub were at the right temperatures and clean. The lounge chair area was very pleasant and offered both shady and sunny spots. We also liked the outdoor gas fire places with comfortable seating.

This hotel was so easy access to the beach. The chaises were very comfortable & relaxing looking at the beach. Easy checking in & out. Linda at the desk was so friendly. Breakfast was awesome. I recommend the Strand hotel.

Nice ocean front hotel. Easy to navigate the property. Clean room, breakfast, small bar area. Friendly staff and if you're there on a football Sunday you have to sit around the bar with Tyanne the bartender. She was hilarious, engaging with the customers, laughing, we had fun. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.
