Beware of what you request and what you are gettin

This reservation was a fiasco! The room was not what advertised or we were given a different room than what was advertised (the apartment and the place was very nice and clean, but did not have a separate bedroom as it should have). There were 2 pulldown and a sofa bed in a small living room. Then, after complaining, we were offered a different room in a different location. That apartment was missing curtains, bedsheets and one of the A/C was extremely loud because was not working properly. I think this is the last time I am renting a private apartment. I am not sure who's fault was - definitely NOT MINE! This review rating reflects the new Apartment and the overall service or lack of.

Only rent directly with complex

If you want to stay here rent directly with the building rental agent. This is a third party with limited hours availability. Shortly after checkin we put our clothes in a closet, closed the door, and it locked. No key. The pullout bed still had the linens on it from the previous renter. No towels. Rental office closed. Front desk could not provide towels because this is a third-party rental. After many requests the front desk took pity on us and gave us towels. Closet door unlocked the next morning. Confirmation from rental agent said this was an oceanfront room. It was an ocean-view room.

We actually stayed in the Carolinan Hotel. The unit we stayed in was very nice, but there is not adequate parking for the hotel. Both nights the hotel deck was full and we had to park in another hotel deck. The unit was great and we enjoyed our stay!

This weekend trip was for my daughter for her 15th birthday. We arrived to our suite to find our suite had not been cleaned, light bulbs that needed to be changed, etc. We called Elliott to let them know and they said they would put in a work order. Well, nobody showed, so my daughter and I cleaned our suite so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. We will never book through Elliott again. What my daughter found in the dresser drawer and after immediately calling Elliott, with no response tells me all I need to know about Elliotts service. I took pictures of what we found, however it would not be appropriate to post, it's not family friendly by no means!

I was truly disappointed with the stay full of roaches and I will nev

When we complained about the roaches they told us that it was a private owned room. It was truly disappointed we didn't get no room service such as clean linens towels or trash disposal. Please don't rent that unit roaches in the kitchen and in the bed had to shake all my things out when I got home. Horrible experience

Beds were not made, no extra toilet paper, sheet wouldn't fit bed, no maid service. There 5 nights room never cleaned. Checked out 2 days earlier because was not comfortable and not happy.
