"This is an excellent place to stay, and we had a very nice visit. The instructions are clear and detailed, and host Van is an impeccable host and communicator. The only speed bump (well, literally as well as metaphorically) is a short section of rustic road with two giant moguls that our 2021 Toyota Sienna FWD was still able to traverse successfully, so no worries! The little cottage was absolutely spotless and totally warm and comfy. It is very, very tastefully decorated, and may be the only place in the world that I have ever stayed where the plates matched the coffee table. The screened-in porch is a great asset on which to welcome the breezes that blow throw the trees, and the central Chappy location makes it convenient to get to anywhere on the island (Chappy, that is, not MV). We highly recommend this newfound oasis!"

"A special place to enjoy your fall adventures. So close to the beach made it great for fishing. We were lucky enough to time it during a meteor shower and enjoyed watching from the 2nd floor deck. The house was comfortable for my family. I wish I caught a bigger fish! Hopefully next year and at Vito's home for sure."

"We had a great time at this Chappaquiddick house. We had multiple generations and a dog at the property and everyone found it extremely comfortable. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house itself had plenty of space so we could all be together as a family but we also all had room to do our own thing. The kitchen appliances were top notch. Before we checked out the rest of my family already asked if we could book it again for next year."

"The drop-dead gorgeous view from the second floor porch is truly what makes this home stand out from all the others. You can sit on the porch and look out over Katama Bay and shoreline and not have to go anywhere else -- you are on vacation ! In fact, the entire second floor offers beautiful, scenic views with windows all around. We found it fascinating to sit there during a rain storm and watch the lightening show. As you might have guessed the house is an upside down design. The second floor, as you prob have gathered, is really special. The first floor is clean, tidy, and nice but the second floor steals the show. The first floor deck is also spacious and most of it is shaded, which is great on really hot days. We found our host, Erica, to be very helpful with a few little things that came up. The kitchen area is tight but completely workable. The dining area is great with a plenty big table and there's a glassed in alcove with a smaller table where my husband liked to have his breakfast and read his book. One of the nice things about this house is that there was space for the seven us (including a toddler) to hang out comfortably together or go off on our own for some alone time. Running out of space but want to mention: Walking up the sandy road to breath-taking Wasque with its crashing waves, swimming in the pond at Wasque, watching the ospreys and the sandpipers, riding bikes down to the ferry, visiting East Beach, taking outdoor showers, etc."
