I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Rooms are cmean, quiet, amd safe area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little older, bit considering the area and price, it is expected and value is amazing. The only down side I had was inconsistent warm water and low pressure. Wifi would get a little slow mid morning
