A newly renovated home in the historical part of the town of Nafplio, a patio with a view to the old downtown and port, in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk through old Nafplion to the many shops and restaurants and the local beach. Stylish, comfy beds, well-equipped, smart TV, Netflix. A home away from home! It's perfectly located to explore Napflio and the area.
It's 100m away from the bus station, close to the Archaeological Museum of Nafplion, Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation, War Museum of Nafplio, and the stairway to Palamidi fortress. The ancient theatre of Epidaurus is 26 km away, and the Archaeological site of Mycenae is 24 km away. The beach is 300m away from home.
It is required to walk up the old town's public steps to get to the house, which is not suitable for persons with a mobility disability, and no vehicle access directly to the front door of the house. No parking at the premises
This is a self-check-in, remote management property. Mostly, no physical host shows up. One card/key is provided per stay.

Traumhafte Wohnung
Ein sehr schönes Appartement, man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns ein Kuchen in der Küche und 2 große Flaschen Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank. Takis ist ein freundlicher, gut erreichbarer Gastgeber, der viele nützliche Informationen bereit stellt, etwa zum Parken. Man muss sich dabei an die Regeln halten, die Polizei schraubt sonst gern die Nummernschilder ab.
Die Ferienwohnung ist durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, supersauber. Trotz hoher Außentemperatur bleibt es durch die Fensterläden kühl. Es fehlt an nichts. Stauraum, bequeme Betten, WLAN, Geschirr, 4 Möglichkeiten, um Kaffee zu kochen (Filtermaschine, Nespressso, Kaffeedrücker und Espressokanne für auf den Herd!). Außerdem gibt es eine Auswahl an Gewürzen, Töpfe und sonstige Kochutensilien. Wir gingen allerdings zum Essen immer aus, öfter auch zum Frühstück, denn die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte von der zauberhaften Altstadt entfernt. Die Centralbäckerei, das Café Kalimera und Restaurant Vasilis waren unsere Favoriten. Überall wirklich freundlicher Service, man kann sich auf Englisch verständigen.
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Nafplio selbst lassen 2 Wochen wie im Flug verstreichen. Mühelos auch per Bus erreichbar sind Mykene oder Epidauros. Unser Highlight war eines Tageskreuzfahrt nach Hydra uns Spetses mit Pegasus-Cruises. Fußläufig erreichbare Badestellen in Nafplio sind schön, bewirtschaftete Strände findet man in Tolo oder Karathona Beach, überall kristallklares Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, auch abends fühlt man sich behütet. Wir waren rundum begeistert.

Cute, clean and the perfect location!
We loved this apartment! It was in a fantastic location! Close to the parking lot, the old town, the fortress and the beach. Not to mention all the historical sites in the area. It was very clean, quiet, the bedrooms were wonderfully air conditioned and the bathroom worked great for a family of four. Takis greeted us warmly and contacted us the next day to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re visiting Nafplio!

"Petit paradis" au calme et à 2 pas du centre de Nauplie
Très agréable séjour dans un beau logement (en particulier la terrasse est bien agréable !). Situation idéale au calme, tout en étant proche du centre et de la station de bus KTEL, ce qui est un plus pour les excursions vers Epidaure, Tirynthe, Mycène, ... facile si on n'a pas de voiture sur place. Propriétaire très réactif à nos questions (en anglais). Location à recommander. Conseil : plage de Karathona à 3 ou 4 km à pied par un agréable chemin côtier (aussi accessible en bus).

Attractive & very convenient apartment; highly recommended!
We are three ladies of a certain age who loved this attractive and convenient apartment ; just under the bastion and round the corner from fab Wednesday and Saturday food market. Beautifully and newly decorated and furnished; great views; comfy beds. Steep stairs up to apartment (but my arthritic knees coped fine.) Napflio a great base for day trips and for evening walks (and runs for the more energetic of our party), bars and restaurants and good shops. Takis a caring and generous host. Many thanks. Highly recommended.
