「Sparkling clean, modern facilities although in an old building and old town. Very nice and professional staff. Renovated rooms, very comfortable with everything needed for a luxury hotel. The elevator goes to the 2nd level only and we had to climb some stairs to reach level 3 so consider that.」

「The map directions given through Expedia are not helpful but that is not the fault of the property. A representative of the property met us to help guide us to Ducato di Aria. The property is very nice and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Lake Junaluska! The house was very clean and perfect for our needs with 2 small families. Important to know that only one bedroom is downstairs if traveling with people who have difficulty navigating stairs. There are 3 bathrooms which were perfect to accommodate all of us! Vacasa communicated very well, and even called to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice!」
