"初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。"

Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. "My husband and I stayed in a western, mt fuji view with private onsen for two nights traveling in Japan. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. We didn’t even get to see Mount Fuji because of the weather abundant. This gem of a hotel is so unique and different. Some parts of it were old, but totally maintained. Our room was redone, and the wine lounge was part of our package. We had fun of dressing up in the complementary Yukatas, the PJs they provide were super comfortable, and I used the women’s onsen one day and it was wonderful. Part of the hot spring was outside and had a cold plunge and sauna. The breakfast and dinner were great, especially breakfast with a lot of choices. The hotel also provided loungewear that was totally appropriate to wear around the hotel. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained and feel like this was like an old Ritz Carlton vibe. The hotel is not in town but we didn’t mind taking a short taxi (someone said there’s a bus that take you all around the lake)."

"We loved our stay in Hakone Hotel. This is our first time staying in this hotel. the staff are very helpful. They upgraded us a room which was the center of the hotel in 2nd floor room 205. The facility are nice and well maintained. The food was great but in a pricey side. The breakfast is the same everyday. The onsen are well maintained as well. They offer a room massage. TV entertainment has a lot of option that you can link your account. The amenities are great from slipper, toothbrush, pajama, they offer bottle water and coffee inside the room. we will definitely go back again in this hotel. Very accessible to Hakone Shrine"

"Staff at Soki were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted with our bags and the check-in procedure was really smooth. Staff were fluent in English and give you a comprehensive introduction of the property. The rooms were clean and the onsen in each room was really such a big plus for us. Everything was nice and clean. We drove so it was convenient, might be difficult to access if you are coming by public transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely rebook if I were to visit Atami again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable"

"From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. It made me want to extend my stay. Staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful from the door men to the cooks. Dinner was delightful, breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean from the outside to our room. The rooms are beautiful, we had the river view room. All the amenities where great & clean. 10/10 i recommend. I will be returning"
