「The staff in the dining room could not communicate properly and it would be good if they had at least 1 person who could understand English. They had no idea of how to make a cup of coffee. Apart from that we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.」

「I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The overall maintenance of the property was extremely poor. The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or pleasant...

「We loved staying at the coconut alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. Most of all Mr. Saravanan who created bespoke dishes flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunches and desserts. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and in close proximity to the beach. The rooftop also has great views of the sea. We would very highly recommend this to all the travelers who are looking for a peaceful convenient getaway from city life. 」

「We really loved staying at this very unique place. The building which housed a British collector's office has been meticulously renovated preserving the original aura. The rooms are spacious, clean and open into a sea facing verandah. The front desk staff are very accommodating and helpful. The food was exceptional. We would very highly recommend the bungalow on the beach to everyone looking for a peaceful relaxing place. 」
