"Lots of space in these rooms and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and very kid-friendly. Free shuttle to Disney was very convenient as well. The staff was very nice and always offering to help. Overall a great stay."

"Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional."

"This hotel has everything you need. We booked this hotel because we were going to Disneynfor a few days and they have a shuttle to and from the hotel. There’s Lawson inside the hotel for midnight snacks and if it rains, take an umbrella that’s outside the foyer and bring it back once done. Enjoyed our room and amenities after a long day. Wasn’t able to go to the bath house. Maybe next time on our travel back. The staff were extremely nice. "

"This hotel is a bit away from the Disney parks but the free shuttles work great! Not much restaurant options so a lot of trips to Family Mart if you don’t eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet did not look that great so we did not eat there, just grabbed some pastries from family mart. The hotel was turned into a Disney hotel so while the lobby area looks amazing I felt that the bathroom could use more updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This is a great hotel for people that like to run in the mornings before hitting the park!"

"Roomy clean rooms, staff is courteous and friendly. I like that fact they have free drinks in the lounge where there are also a hot water pot, microwave oven and a toaster oven for guests to use. "
