全般的にスタッフの対応は良かったです。相談した内容に対してもよく対応してもらえました。 PCのデータプリントアウトのサービスやホットコーヒーのサービスも良かったです。 朝食もまずまずでしたが、ヨーグルト系とフルーツ系があったら最高でした。部屋から大浴場や朝食の混雑状況が分かるサービスも良かったです。 新聞のサービスは必要ないのではと思いました。

ありがとうございました。

まず、亀崎駅から思ったより遠かった。しかも緩い坂道だったので、余計疲れたのかも。すぐそばにスーパーがあり助かった。コンビニもすこし遠かった。冷蔵庫は部屋を出ると電気が切れるとは知らず、戻って来てしばらくして中身を見たら、冷えていませんでした。大浴場は早出だったので朝5時は嬉しかった。無料の朝食バイキングは嬉しかったし、メニューも豊富でよかった。支払い方法が公式サイトではキャッシュレス使えると書いてあったのに、現地では現金かクレカしかないと言われた。従業員さんは親切丁寧だった。目的地が近ければまた利用したいです。

The location of the hotel is mainly for the business use and luxury services are limited. However the staffs including Mr. Yamaguchi are working extraordinary hard to meet for their clients' individual request. As I needed to require special private order, they supported to me as their best effort. Next time if I will be around there, I definitely choose the hotel. ホテルの立地はビジネス客が多く、豪華なサービスは限定的であった。しかし、山口様を含むホテルのスタッフは宿泊客個々の要望に応えるため格別な業務を行なっている。私が個人的に特別な要望が必要だったとき、ホテルのスタッフは最大限の努力をしていた。次回、この近辺にいく場合、私はこのホテルを絶対に選ぶ。
