The person at reception does not speak English He did not retrieve our reservation. No explication we are locked in the room ( love hotel speciality)

This hotel is not what is implied on Expedia. this is a "love hotel" intended for sexual encounters, something we found out after the fact exists in Japan. the doors to the rooms are locked, and cannot be opened from inside. the rooms have condoms and other sexual devices on hand. To leave you room you had to call someone at the front desk (or some back room), at which point they could let you out. They also only spoke Japanese. If this is what you are expecting, then fine, that is your business... but this is not made obvious on Expedia and you will be in for a shock if you are expecting a regular hotel. I am not as upset with the hotel if this is their business, the issue is how it is listed and described on Expedia... there was no obvious way to know what we were in for.

お部屋はサウナ付きで清潔で静かで、ゆっくり出来てよかったのですが、朝食（無料）サービスもよく、和食と洋食をお願いしたのですが… 和食のシャケが、とても生臭くて残念でした。洋食は美味しく頂きました。他は満足しました。

洗面台の詰まりがひどくて全然水が流れない。蓋を外してみたら、髪の毛が詰まりまくってました。風呂の排水溝のピンクカビ気になりました。洗面台以外、お風呂にも部屋にも鏡がなくて不便でした。

無料ドリンクバーがあったけど、一度部屋に入ったらわざわざ下まで降りて行かない。部屋にジュースを2本冷やしておいてくれたら嬉しいな…と思いました。

予約して1泊させて頂きました。価格も手頃で、お部屋も綺麗で、ゆったりと過ごせました。ドライヤーとカール、ストレートアイロンは洗面台に設置してあるのですが、コンセントが無いのが不便でした。

ラブホテルなので、しょうがないけど一度入ると、途中で外出出来ないのはビジネスホテルと比較すると不便ですね後、洗面所の照明が暗くてメイクがしずらいらしいです

ラブホテル初めて泊まりましたがウエルカムドリンクとお菓子部屋は広く綺麗でレンシレンジまで洗面所も広々してコラーゲンパックなど置いてありドライヤーも高そうな物がベットもクイーンサイズで広々ソファースペースもお風呂も広く出前も24時間対応でファミレスの様なメニューしかも安くなばなの里にラストの22時まで遊んでいたので夕食ホテルで食べれば良かったと思いました！

最寄りの駅から徒歩で15分ぐらいで、初めて訪れた所でしたが　遠くからも高いビルで見つけやすかったです。　部屋は広くて、お風呂も広くて、食事のメニューも充実していて、とても綺麗な部屋でゆっくりくつろぐ事が出来ました。　カラオケなどがあったら尚良いと思います。
