「Nice hotel. It will great if the hotel can provide the free transportation between the ferry terminals!」

「Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

「OK」

「Very good. Everything is perfect」

「Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation.」

「Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! This was our first time in Batam, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!」

「Location, location n location. The second time n this time 5 nights there. Breakfast in the nearby stalls daily as if being in Penang! The room cleaning staff were splendid n did their job well. 」

「Biz hotel is really a good location, directly opposite Nagoya food court, and walking distance to DC mall too」

「No hair drying (you need to pay additional fee if you want) A bit noisy, but acceptable Location is good」

「Room is small for single bed and room’s sound proof not so good can hear from outside . Toilet is small . Overall still ok for double room . Lobby and restaurant are good 」

「Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.」
