"This hotel is located in the heart of Nagoya, called Sakae. If you come by metro, Sakae station has two lines that are connected. If you come by bus, there is a big terminal in Oasis21, which is about 5-7 minutes by foot to the hotel. The venue is modern, clean, well-provided and the staff is very courteous and willing to help as much as possible. My room was very well maintained, clean, with a lot of useful amenities. Highly recommanded hotel if you have business or leisure in Sakae, or if you want to connect with other parts of the City of Nagoya!"

"During my stay, I can see dust everywhere though the hotel is clean. Then the hotel has a policy where they could not clear out the coin laundary washers even if it is done. So there goes your laundary plan if you encounter inconsiderate users that hog the laundary washers. Staff is helpful, breakfast is excellent, location is great."

"朝食以外はすべて完璧でした。朝食は限られたメニューの中から選ぶ必要があり、魚料理は先着30名限定でした。しかし、このような制限については朝食代を支払った際に一切説明がありませんでした。事前に案内があればよかったと思います。 Everything was perfect except for the breakfast. Guests are required to choose from a limited number of breakfast options, and the fish dish was available to only 30 people. This restriction was not mentioned when I paid for breakfast, which was disappointing."

"The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice, with a separate shower and bathtub, which made my stay even more relaxing. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. このホテルは部屋も広く、清潔で、風呂もシャワーと浴槽が別々になっていて、とても快適にすごせます。食事も種類が多く、素晴らしいです。スタッフもとても親切です。また利用したいと思います。"
