Step out onto the Oceanfront deck and take a deep breath of ocean air as you gaze out to the shores of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! When you can watch the sunrise crest over the water, hear the gulls cry and the surf breaking on the shore, it's easy to ignore the fact that anything else exists. Within walking distance to local shopping and dining, Sea Pointe is also convenient to area attractions such as the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jockey's Ridge and the Lost Colony outdoor drama. There is so much to see and do on the Outer Banks, make it easier by reserving your Outer Banks vacation in a central area: the townhomes at Sea Pointe!

this needs serious cleaning -- showers and floors sticky, screws sticking out of shower drains, deck furniture in closet filthy refrigerator does not close securely owners items strewn across one of the porches siding peeling off the house a depressing rent

Amazing beachfront property

Furniture/decor is a bit dated looking, but otherwise, this place was perfect. It really is just steps from the beach, the view is as amazing as in the pictures, and there's plenty of very useable space for this family of four (and probably for a family of 6 or 8 even too). In Nags Head, I'm not sure you could do better with the location.

Great location

The location of this property was wonderful. It is oceanfront and yet close to many restaurants and stores. The tennis court is very nice. The condition of this property is not great. Parts of the decking have been replaced, but there where nails sticking up in many locations. The A/C in the living area is not good. The ice maker does not work at all. The windows and glass doors are in bad shape and need to be replaced. There were many lights burned out. Overall, I think this property needs updating and some tender loving care although it did not put a damper on our relaxing OBX vacation.
