    Located in the Village of Nags Head, "Tilli Tyme" offers the tranquility of the Nags Head area with quick access to the beach, Albemarle Sound, and historic sites! This well-kept home comes with high-demand amenities like a private pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, sun deck, and so much more to keep the whole family entertained throughout your stay!

    This Outer Banks Rental Home offers four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms! With a king and queen bedroom, both with immediate bathroom access, and two bunk rooms, you'll find sleeping arrangements that will accommodate a variety of family sizes. This home also features a spacious great room to enjoy group gatherings before heading off to the beach, or relax out on the wrap-around sundeck, soak in the hot tub, or hang out by the pool. 480, "Tilli Tyme," invites you to continue your outdoor entertainment with a picnic table and grilling area, horseshoe pit, and basketball hoop!

    As for location, The Village of Nags Head Community is in the heart of Nags Head, placing this OBX rental home close to the beach, restaurants, golf and miniature golf, water sports, outlet mall shopping, grocery stores, and so much more!

    ** To keep rental costs down, this OBX home does not provide linens. However, a linen package can be provided for an extra fee. Please contact Cove Realty of Nags Head for more information on this home's linen rental package. Also, Cove Realty is a Green company that limits excessive waste. As such, linens, toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and so forth, are not supplied at the rental home, so please be mindful to bring these with you or be ready to purchase upon arrival to the Outer Banks.

The hot tub was perfect , the kitchen had everything we needed to use for cooking. Very spacious for 7 of us. It needs a screen for the sliding door and the pool should of been open.

We had a great time during our week in this house. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had a great layout. The covered hot tub was perfect for chilly evenings and the couple of rainy days we had. The house was clean and the check in and check out process was easy.

Perfect house with the perfect location

Beautiful Sunrise

Our stay was great! Cute little cottage,well kept. WiFi not good. Could not watch TV this week. Downstairs bedroom could use a high velocity fan. A few little quirks but enjoyable and very peaceful. Check this place out.

Pretty nice

The location was great and the house was awesome. The TV's are all Roku and internet was awful. We couldn't watch tv in the living room at all. We had a short in the hallway light that blow out for 15 minutes at 1:50 a.m. lite the whole house up. I was afraid of a fire. Other than that the trip was very nice.

Nice stay!

We loved having our own bedrooms! Toilets were dingy, and needed extra attention. The house backs up to a busy road, so be prepared with earplugs or white noise app on your phone if a light sleeper. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a great investment since the mini blinds don’t block the early morning sunlight. Plenty of everything in the kitchen, but better quality silverware would be good. Location is good for day trips to see the lighthouses. Would stay again, but would bring earplugs and sleep mask.

Great September Vacation

We stayed the week of Sept 16-23. The house is just as described and on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean and nicely stocked with cookware and dishes. You will need to bring cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, spices etc.. The beds were comfy as well as the living room furniture. Downstairs bedrooms were 1 queen and 1 pyramid. Full bath. Upstairs was 1 king (attached bath) and 1 double. 1 half bath up 3 stairs from living area. The pool was really nice with plenty of chairs for lounging. It's in a fenced in area and very private. The beach access is very close with a large parking area and restrooms. Lifeguard station is also right there. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had beautiful weather until the end of the wk when hurricane Idalia. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again for 2024. The 1 and only negative thing I would say is the carpet needs a serious cleaning. It is pretty stained throughout the living area and as a renter.. that was a big turn off for me and was the 1st thing I saw when I came up the stairs. If you are like me and read the reviews I hope this helps in your decision to rent this lovely little cottage.

Best Vacation!

This was our first time renting a house for our family vacation. It couldn't have been more perfect! The house was lovely and the perfect size for us. The pool was amazing!! Great since we had young kids with us! Our grandson even learn to swim!! We will definitely be going back!

Great, Restful Time

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was restful and gave us a time to reset/ recharge. Beach was only a couple blocks away. Great place to walk on Virginia Dare Trail. The hot tub was divine. Very private on a cul de sac. Will visit again in the future.

Lots of room and things to do in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for us as we had two couples and we each had our own floor and bathroom. The kitchen and open plan was very spacious and there is a upper 1/2 bath and also a laundry room. Outside had a lot of different choices for entertainment. A small private pool with chairs. A little cook out area. A different hot tub area with outside shower. There is an upper deck area and a short walk to cross a road that leads to the beach and that area has bathrooms and outdoor showers. We found a lot to do in that we visited 3 light houses, the sand dunes, the Wright Brothers museum and the very nice city of Duck. We enjoyed nice dinners and had plenty of ice cream at The Spot. Our first choice in dinning was the Sugar Shack as the food was great and prices were the best value but all the places were good.

Nice clean house short walk to the beach. Near the grocery store and other shops. Only issue the internet didn't work that well but other then that a good stay. Pool clean and hot tub work awesome.

Family Fun

This was a family getaway and we absolutely loved it. The property is a few minutes walk to the beach. There were bikes, skateboards, basketballs, etc for the kids and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend it!

Great Vacation for the whole family

We had a lovely stay in Nags Head. It was a true OBX classic. Plenty of room for us and the grandparents. Everything was as advertised. A short walk to beach and the hot tub and pool were open for us. We had a very good experience with the realty company and they were patient with us even though it was our first time renting with them and all the COVID protocols. From start to finish, it was an excellent trip.

Spring break vacation

We rented the property for spring break. Overall we had a very nice time. The property is walking distance from the beach, close to restaurants, grocery store, tourist attractions. The pool was not open, but the hot tub was. I think the place could have been cleaned better, some surfaces were dusty, the sofa covers had some spots. Also, the back of the house is right next to a main road and you can hear the passing cars especially early morning hours. Otherwise, nice property, very close to the beach!

Cozy getaway

We went away for a short weekend trip. Even though we got in late in the evening, we had no troubles picking up the keys and getting settled. The home was very comfortable and neat. I’d definitely stay here again with a few more friends. It’s very conveniently located near a shopping center and plenty of great restaurants.

Nags head vacay

Overall we had a great stay. The location was very nice! Close to beach and stores. I didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well as there was trash behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms, burnt stuff on stove that we did clean off, dirty pot holders, and dust on back splash of stove. Also, the couch was a bit dingy and had food in the cushions. I did have to call and complain about the bugs in the house. I called the manager and she said they were water bugs and they did come to spray for them and we didn’t see anymore. On the last day a lady came at 7 am to drain the hot tub even though check out wasn’t until 10. I thought that was kind of rude but she stated they were short staffed and super busy so they had to start early which isn’t a excuse being we are paying for the house until 10 am.They also did not come mid week to check the water in pool and hot tub. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, beds were comfy, and plenty of dishes. Hot tub was nice to have and so was pool.
