If you need to sneak in a little work while you're away, settle into the ocean-view workspace and let the sound of the waves be your soundtrack. It's hard to imagine a better “office” than this.
Inside, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and reconnect. Gather for home-cooked meals, movie nights, or long conversations that turn into your most treasured OBX memories.
On the lower level, a spacious bonus room features a king bed, a double bed, and a full bath—ideal for additional guests or a family suite. At the entrance to the property, a separate bungalow offers even more privacy with a king bed, a twin bed, and a half bath.

Hungry? You're in luck. Fantastic local dining and treats are just steps away—Dune Street Raw Bar and Keyz New Zealand Style Ice Cream are right across the street and within easy walking distance. Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance : This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The fireplace is not operational. It's Beach Time has central AC/Heat.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
