Felt like home

Sunrise Splendor was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped, the layout of the family area flowed well from one space to another. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. Having a pool and jacuzzi to enjoy was wonderful. This is now our new favorite! The owners have thought things out on this one! Everything that we needed was in the home and ready for us upon arrival.

Good location

This place was unlike any other place we have stayed at before. We have never had to pay extra for linens so we opted to save $260 and take our own linens. They also said we would need to take a lot of items, like trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. They did supply some toilet paper, paper towels, plates, etc. There was dog hair all over the furniture and beds, but it was clean other than the dog hair on stuff. We don't have dogs. They also say no check in before 4, we checked in after 6 and requested a late check out of no more than 2 hours and was declined. The location is amazing the house is amazing. Just wasn't as clean as we would have liked considering the cleaning staff has over 6 hours to clean. It is a big duplex. No one was next door when we were there in March. It was cold and not enjoyable outside in the rain and wind. But we still had a great time. Not all places in this area require extra money for the linens. So we might stay somewhere else if we go back to the outerbanks. We were also required to clean the place before we left so we bought some disinfecting wipes and cleaned everything. Mind you we got all this done before check out at 10am and we are not morning people.

Loved the property! Loved the location! Beautiful unit with ocean views steps from the beach. Well appointed, well stocked, BIG unit that was clean, comfortable and close to everything and everywhere. We had fabulous weather, too! Would highly recommend this place.

Three generations had a terrific time!

Three generations had a terrific time! Had wonderful views of the ocean, and it was within walking distance! The house was spotless and lovely and more than adequately equipped in the kitchen! We lacked for nothing!

Awesome property

Easy check in process, however the signage is poor so drove by it twice. Directions should include the name of the sign by the road. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars for cleanliness is we had to sweep one of the bathrooms, it had sand on the floor. The kitchen sink drain on the right did not drain right. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Gorgeous house, super clean, and the view off the master and living room is breathtaking. Also enjoyed all the different decks and balconies to hangout. Each bedroom has it's own bath so it really felt like I had my own area. We will be back again!

Southern Nags Head Gem

Love the south Nags Head area and this oceanfront duplex community did not disappoint. Our specific duplex is clearly one of the best accommodations we've stayed at in the Outer Banks area over the years. Remodeled with high end taste and amenities . Fabulous kitchen! Will definitely consider for future trips.

The best beach house!

We loved this house and are already planning a trip back next year. The house was perfect for me and my teenagers and my mother and our dog. The kitchen was very well stocked - best pots and pans and accessories I have seen in a rental. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided were so nice - we left ours in the car. The dog crates were perfect - one large and one extra large. Beautifully decorated house. Renovated and furnished nicer than any other house in the lot.
