We stayed in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage right by the ocean. Very modern kitchen, fully stocked. We loved walking the beach, and watching all the construction to extend the beach area out.

Loved the location and that it was pet friendly. House was very comfortable but everything was covered in sand...steps, back deck, and outside area under the house. No way not to track it into the house. Felt like we lived in sand all week.

Great location - spacious and clean

House is located about 30 steps from a very quiet and large beach. Nice large house, perfect for a family. Immaculately cleaned. Has parking under the house for two cars. Good WiFi and tvs in all rooms. The only downside (which is in the listing) is that you pretty much have to bring everything you need, TP, towels, sheets, garbage bags, condiments, etc. Recommend you get the linen package. The area is nice with plenty to do a short drive away. Note we went in the spring and it’s very quiet with some places closed but I’d imagine in the summer it’s very active. Overall I’d stay there again.

Great location and home!

We had a great stay. The location right on the beach is amazing, and the house is cute and cozy. One thing to be aware of-- While the listing says "no linens", be advised that also means no dish towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, sponge, any cleaning products, etc. I wish we would have known what to prepare for, so we could have avoided an unexpected trip to the store at the start of our vacation.

Nice House & location

We enjoyed our stay at Mermaid's Serenity. House was clean and nicely decorated. Can't beat the location, walk right out to the beach. Entire group had fun with the corn hole game. Kitchen had everything we needed for our Memorial Day cookout. Only issues were the king sized beds need king size pillows and some of the mattresses were a bit too firm. We had to replace the propane for the grill, was empty when we tried to get it going for our cookout. Otherwise, we're very pleased. Hope to there stay again.
