“We loved our weeklong stay at Pepper's Cottage! The newly remodeled cottage was cute and well-stocked. We appreciated the new kitchen appliances and the convenient beach access. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“The space worked well for our family of 17. Kitchen is well stocked. An extra bath towel would have been nice but having a washer and dryer helped. The bunk beds are best for preteen and under so the 2 teens that slept on them were a little cramped. There were some boards on top deck that were loose and a few rusty nails on second deck but overall a great place. Loved the private walkway, pool, hot tub, and rec room. James responded quickly to all my texts. We left happy and content. ”

“Kitchen was equipped with lots of large bowls and serving platters. Plenty of plates and flatware for a large group (14). The pool was great and the hot tub was fantastic. Only suggestion would be very minor upkeep in cleanliness (dusty vents, broom in the kitchen but no dust pan, scraps of old food in the utensils drawer). Otherwise the home was cozy, centrally located, and had gorgeous oceanfront views. Thank you for opening your home to us! ”

“Fantastic condo for the family with beach access right there! No loading up the car and driving to a beach, it’s right there! This makes running back for more sunscreen, a sandwich, the forgotten frisbee or to grab a cold drink soooooo easy! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for whipping up meals of your choice or ready to reheat leftovers from any of the great restaurants that are close by. Two full bathrooms makes it easy so nobody has to wait to use one (a plus if traveling with kiddos!)……

“Check-in was extremely easy and the host messaged us that our unit was left unlocked for us, just before we arrived. He let us check in about 30 minutes early upon our arrival, which I appreciated so much being that we had a 5 week old newborn with us. The cottage was as described and very clean. The location was nice because it was so close to the beach. It’s located between two beach accesses but the beach access to the left has a warning sign for an increase in waterborne illness within 200……
