The Westerlea is a good location for Nairn beach and the breakfast is excellent. We took our pet dog with us and she was made very welcome. I would definitely stay again
We were made to feel welcome on arrival by Connor. The food served at breakfast and in the bar was very good as was the service. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the shower was great. A perfect place to stay to explore Nairn.
Could not fault it, nice spacious clean room and an excellent breakfast. Quick and easy check in and check out, friendly hosts - the dog treats left in the room were also a super touch, thanks so much!!
Chris & Heather are lovely friendly hosts. We enjoyed sitting with some locals & other guests in the bar & the meals were very good. Room had everything we needed & very clean.
Lovely overnight stay prior to leaving for the airport the next morning. Wonderful staff, lovely "small" but comfy room for 2. Dinner in the bar/restaurant was wonderful and Connor was great- with meal recommendations and helping us settle into our rom for the night. Breakfast, included, was wonderful, offering a full Highlands breakfast.
We had a large, well appointed room that was very comfortable and clean. There were many others staying there but we never heard them. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Perfectly maintained beautiful older home, very charming. Loved the bar and food options, Making it convenient for our last night and early exit to the airport next morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Google directions, however, sent us to a dead end, not the front and parking of the building.
Loved this place and the people. We came in very late after a long flight and they were expecting us, eagerly greeted us and helped us upstairs with our luggage. Great room, USB chargers in the lamp bases. Great breakfast in the morning in the former homes sitting room. Super friendly, and even a history lesson of the property. Highly recommend!
Checked my bags very early so I could travel to a nearby city for the day. When I returned that evening, they had put my bags into my room for me. Nice!
My cocker spaniel escaped immediately on arrival and headed directly to the kitchen. He was retrieved by the owner without fuss or bother.
A bowl of hospitality dog biscuits in the room made him very happy.
The room was well presented and very clean. The only problem we had was with the shower head which we were unable to operate. We had no time to contact staff as we did not realise there was issue until we were preparing to leave in the morning.
Puddle, the cocker spaniel, was welcome in the bar and also the dining room. The staff were as polite, friendly and informative as I have ever met.
It was an entire pleasure from beginning to end.
I cannot rate highly enough.
On arrival, we were made welcome. The food was amazing / fresh to order. We ate in the evening / breakfast. The staff were very friendly indeed.
Good parking and private. Nearby Nairn Beach which we visited and beautiful.
Highly recommend this hotel. 👍
We had a comfortable stay for one night. The room was spacious and though we were near a busy road the double glazing blocked out any noise. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We also had a hearty breakfast which set us up for the drive ahead.
A beautiful grand property with a homely feel. Staff are most welcoming, a very unhurried laidback atmosphere, very relaxing
Definitely would return here for a longer stay
