「Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. 「The property was good and the people were very nice and let us cheek in early as well. They let us use the kitchen space and the utensils and made sure to give us everything we’ve needed. I really got home vibes there. I’ll definitely chime back if I could. 」

「Location good, a bit noisy in the front but at least it's cooler facing north. Foyer can get noisey with door code beeping. Shower is cramped and the floor floods away from drain.」

「优点：1.桑拿小屋很划算，私人空间，一小时只要15欧 2.海景真的太美啦！ 3.如果住海景房的话，走几十秒就可以享受泳池和小温泉 实在很方便 4.门口有两个很不错的餐馆，上档次且美味 缺点： 1.如果住玻璃小屋的话网速不是很好 2.因为是中控暖气 所以没有办法调控，地暖太热了，晚上很难以入睡 3.checkin速度不佳，建议改进 4.厕所很小，不方便」

「Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,...

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」
