“2 adults 2 kids, only have 2 pillows in the room. When we asked the receptionist for two more pillows, they said it is out of stock and provided some towels to us. I saw that most of the customers were treated for the same. Hotel should consider to have sufficient pillows to provide to the customers.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel in Nagoya. During check-in, the front desk staff repeatedly insisted that my Mastercard could only be processed by inserting or swiping the card, and they claimed the payment could not go through. I clearly explained that I have used the exact same card at other Marriott hotels in different countries without any issue, and I was certain the card was fully functional with sufficient credit available.

“Nice hotel and facilities”

“A very good CP valued stay: room size and bed size are beyond average with standard Japanese tidiness and cleanliness. A very convenient location to go everywhere by underground/ bus no matter is the tourist spots/ Central International Airport. We have no problem in moving with large luggage as there are escalators in the commercial building 中日 （via the pathway between Exit 12-13) The bristles of toothbrush is too hard for gum health. The pressure of room temperature water should be increased……
