「we have stayed this property couple of times this summer. this place is clean and comfortable. rooms are cozy. The staff were excellent on communication. The service at the restaurant was more than I expected and well priced. food was more than average. server was very professional and attentive. we would come back!」

「Very good」

「Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate 」

「Hotels facility is good, but the room is too tiny to fit our suitcases. We have an early flight in the morning, so didn’t have a chance for breakfast.」

「Staff were super helpful. First time in Mongolia and they called a cab for me when my phone wasn’t able to connect to the local ride share app. Room was clean and a great value for the amount!」

「Probably one of the best hotel in UB and great value for money. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern designed and cosy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The food street is just nearby like 3mins walk and the Winter Palace is also located on the same street reachable by like 20 mins walk. The hotel located in a rather wealthy district of UB that it felt very safe even walking on the nearby street at night. It not far from the airport too that won't be affected by the traffic jam in UB...
