"우선 지리적으로 지하철 쌍문역에서 가까워서 잘 찾아서 체크인이 원활했어요. 숙소 가는길에 전통시장이 있었는데 시장 분위기가 재미있었습니다. 숙소안에는 없는게 없이 준비되어 있었고 호스트님이 매우 세심하게 신경쓰는것을 느낄수 있었습니다. 가전제품도 훌륭했습니다. 특히 얼음정수기가 있어 매우 유용했어요. 그리고 관리가 잘되어 숙소가 매우 청결하고 깔끔했어요. 중간중간 계속 확인 메세지 보내셔서 필요한게 없는지 물어보셨고 매우 친절하셨습니다. 동대문,명동등 주요 관광지와도 지하철역으로 한번에 갈 수 있는 위치라 접근성도 훌륭했어요. 가성비 훌륭한 숙소라 추천드립니다."

"Nice place in a quiet location—overall a comfortable stay. One note: the listing mentioned a gym, which was a main reason we chose this apartment, but there isn’t actually a gym in the building. We also had three guests but only two towels provided. Additionally, it would be helpful to have basic supplies like a sponge or paper towels available, as we didn’t realize they weren’t included until after we had already gone to the store.With a few small updates, this would be a great stay."

"This hotel is in a good location. You can walk from here to the palaces, walk to many restaurants and walk to the Seoul tower. Check in good, friendly staff. Building is nice. There is a shop in the hotel which sells all your essentials. We used this shop on a number of occasions in the evenings to buy noodles and snacks etc. There is an atm, and currency converter. The rooms are large, with seating area, kitchen space and washer and dryer which with children is a real luxury to be able to wash clothes. The breakfast is nice. There could be a little more variety especially more vegetarian savoury options but overall no complaints re breakfast and very attentive staff in the breakfast area and lots of space. My only negative was the rooms could have been cleaner. The beds and bathrooms were relatively clean but the skirting board etc and not being cleaned and dirt is building up, there were some coffee stains on the side of the breakfast bar. When you first enter and see these things it can be off putting and initially makes the room look unclean"

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Lotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, from arrival and checkout to holding our bags before departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a newly remodeled room in the main tower. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The buffet had an excellent variety for both breakfast and dinner and was very accommodating to our family. The housekeeping staff on our floor was also incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."
