My wife and I built our dream suite on the side of our house to host our out of town friends and family. When that’s not happening…..it’s all yours :)
Our side of the house and the suite were constructed to reduce noise transfer as much as possible. The two spaces are professionally separated by four layers of drywall, as well as additional internal sound dampening material.

We are often away camping or taking our kids on other adventures. That being said, please call or text us if you have any questions or issues, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to try and help out.

We have set the suite up to give our guests as much self-sufficiency as possible. We've added digital door lock access, Wifi doorbells, and (3) 27/7 auto recoding/deleting outside security cameras that cover: the driveway and the front and rear aspects of the suite/house. We want our guest to feel safe and supported (should any issues arise, and we are not home at the time of incident).

Our plan is to not interact with the guests, unless, of course, you require something. That being said, we may occasionally need to check the hot tub water chemical levels, shovel snow, etc.. When that is required, we will make every effort to do it when the guests are away from the suite, or in the morning quietly, before we go to work (ie 6:00am).

We want everyone to feel safe, as well as accountable to the harmony of a quiet and peaceful stay.
