Large master bedroom has a king bed and desk and chair. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen. kitchen, W/D downstairs to use. Large patio covered deck with lounge area. Garden to sit in and watch the sunset or sunrise. Large windows allows views of the ocean. Dining area, Fireplace and ample living room area. This is the lower level of a two story 4000 sq ft home in a quiet executive home in North Nanaimo. Wifi and cable are included for your use. Street parking. Stairs lead down so not set up for the safety of persons with mobility issues or small children. Owner lives in home upstairs.
