  • This incredible coach house property is so convenient. It's two blocks away from the ferry and the hospital and 7 minutes from downtown Nanaimo. Newly constructed in 2015, the coach house offers spacious, fully furnished accommodations with one bedroom, a hide a bed and all modern facilities including laundry and internet plus cable tv. Take advantage of walking or cycling trails and enjoy all that Nanaimo attractions have to offer.

This suite is lovely - well appointed, comfortable and tastefully decorated, kitchen well equipped, linens of excellent quality. The location is very central, providing easy access to the Island Highway, Departure Bay Ferry and downtown Nanaimo. A grocery, liquor and hardware store as well as a bank are within walking distance. The hosts are very gracious, kind and most considerate. A real gem of a place to stay that we hope to visit again.

I would stay in this place over and over again. Not only is there a couple strip malls you can walk to, but it is a very quiet neighbourhood . The accommodation itself is spacious with lots of natural light and very well decorated. It is stocked with everything you can imagine.As a single traveller I felt extremely safe. The bed is very comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen with the living room open concept. I recommend it very highly. I only met Angelo on my very last day and he was very, very nice. It even has laundry facilities. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was.

Overall I had excellent stay at the new Coach House. However, I would suggest the bottom of bath tub needs an anti-slip coating, or a handrail, and found the shower head too high and no adjustment.Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay. The home is so bright, clean and comfortable, extra bedding and pillows. Lots of towels. Angelo and Michelle thought of everything. The location perfect for access to island highway and the hospital. Real gem.
