This incredible coach house property is so convenient. It's two blocks away from the ferry and the hospital and 7 minutes from downtown Nanaimo. Newly constructed in 2015, the coach house offers spacious, fully furnished accommodations with one bedroom, a hide a bed and all modern facilities including laundry and internet plus cable tv. Take advantage of walking or cycling trails and enjoy all that Nanaimo attractions have to offer.

I was glad to see the “insect” cushion covers were gone, replaced by beautiful humming birds! We did find a mat for the tub about 3 or 4 days into the stay. I found the bed too soft (my husband was ok with it), resulting in very stiff/sore hips. I spent the last 3 nights sleeping on the couch, with the duvet (my husband found it too warm having it on the bed). Other than that, it is a very fine accommodation. I would like to come back, but not being able to sleep in the bed is a definite minus. How old is the mattress?

Lovely new property; very bright with lots of natural light; incredibly clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. We had a one-week stay to visit with our granddaughter who is a VIU student and to explore the island. We will definitely be back.

Stand alone coach house. Excellent location for a Nanaimo stay - clean, modern, kitchen well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Quiet neighbourhood (but I don't think anyone could walk to Downtown in ten minutes). We certainly would stay here again the next time we're in Nanaimo.

Home Sweet Home

Everything was as easy as you hope it would be when booking a vacation rental. All details were represented accurately in description and pictures. Rental hosts/owners are great in their communication and response time. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. (Anyone with mobility issues should make sure they can manage the stairs to access the rental.) If we ever stay on Vancouver Island again, we'd live to stay here again

The perfect spot in Nanaimo

A perfect spot to lay your head down after a busy day exploring the beautiful area. Extremely clean and tidy spot, amply stocked kitchen for cooking. The AC was really nice as we had some hot days. Great area, central to everything. The hosts were very friendly and we will stay here again if we are visiting the area!

Great place

This place was perfect really! Super convenient for location, you are tucked away on a quiet street but really 7-8 mins from downtown too. Very roomy and the deck outside was lovely. Had a view of the ocean which was a bonus and everything included that I could think of! Great experience and a great communicator as well! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful new apartment in Nanaimo

This spacious well equipped apartment felt like home. The hosts had thought of everything to make a stay easy and very comfortable.The location was great for exploring Nanaimo as well as north and south of Nanaimo.Angelo is a wonderful host, he shared information about places to visit, how to walk to a close by supermarket and Tim Hortons. He willingly and quickly responded to our questions, eg, how to get the tv working.Car parking is available. We highly recommend this accommodation.
