Welcome to the WindySails condo at the Marinaside Resort in Nanaimo.
This ocean facing suite overlooks the Harbourside Marina and is located 1.1 km from the BC Ferries Departure Bay Terminal and 2.2 km from downtown Nanaimo. Shopping and all major amenities are 5 minutes away. There is also a main bus route within walking distance from the building.
The suite has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests. The suite is set up to offer short or longer term stays and has ample closet space.
WindySails is a modern suite with an open concept layout, marble floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The suite is styled with modern furniture and decor.
The suite has two bedrooms, each fitted with a queen bed and west coast inspired linens. One bedroom has an ensuite with a stand up shower and the second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The bathrooms feature hotel inspired towels. Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
The modern kitchen is equipped for cooking meals and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with stools. Complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar are provided.
The kitchen island can double as a work space for those guests working mobile.
The designated eating area has a dining table and 4 chairs.
There is a smart TV in the living room where guests can steam shows from their favourite apps.
Open the double set of French Doors that lead to the deck overlooking the marina. Enjoy spectacular ocean views and the sailboats moored at the marina. The deck has a bistro table and 2 chairs.
Guests are welcome to use the in-suite washer/dryer and the complimentary laundry detergent.
NOTE: One bedroom has a portable air conditioner.

Key Exchange: The host will meet the guests at the condo building to facilitate a key/fob exchange. The key/fob will give the guest access the building and to the suite. Please ensure you include your cell number and email address with your booking.
IMPORTANT: Check-In's after 7pm will not be accepted due to the key exchange
Guests will access the suite through the lobby entrance, located at the front of the building.
There is an elevator in the building. The suite is located on the second floor of the building.
Free parking on the street out front.
The suite is managed by a vacation home property management company.
Guest will correspond with a member from guest services through their booking channel.
There is a portable air conditioner in one of the bedrooms.
This is not a pet friendly suite.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the suite or on the deck.
If the fob is lost, the guest will be responsible to pay $100 to replace
