「This place is spotless, well-furnished and a very pleasant place to stay. We did have problems with the temperature inside the house at night. The thermostat looked high-tech and maybe was being controlled by the hosts phone. We could not control the temperature and the last night the thermostat was set on 80 degrees. Other than that, we loved the place.」

「My daughters loved the Taylor Swift theme and it was in a quiet safe area」

「Nice, clean and comfortable.」

「Charming property with a lovely deck. Interior beautifully decorated with a bourbon theme. Ample off street parking. Quiet dead end road. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom.」

「We loved it! The place was extra clean and so cozy and beautiful. This location is so close to a secluded boat ramp. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek. It was a perfect place to put in our Kayaks. We loved every minute and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be booking again in the Fall. 10/10 experience! Kathie is a great host! FYI there is a fire-pit area that we did not get to use, but it looked nice. Plus the backyard has deer in it. That was a nice addition.」

「The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.」

「We loved the serenity of the home, very peaceful and relaxing.」

「The house was perfect for our family weekend visit at Lake Cumberland and is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and very clean. The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions.」

「I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass...
