「Ideal - spectacular were descriptions I received when I asked family what review to give. We recently stayed at Carter House four days mid-September for a family reunion. Eight adults stayed at the house and 10 local family members visited. Large play area in basement was perfect for the children. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture in spacious great room for adults. Decor added to comfortable atmosphere. We had good weather so first floor deck with outdoor couches and table were used...

「Beautiful home loved the stay no bugs or anything to worry about only thing that sucked was that there was just one bathroom, but it’s a smaller homes, so that’s understandable! 10 out of 10 for me.」

「Such a perfect little house! We stayed for 3 weeks while moving and we really enjoyed our stay. 」

「It was very nice. Second visit to this house. Very clean and well thought out for guests. 」

「The house is very eclectic. We really enjoyed looking at all of the art and antiques that are displayed. The host was amazing and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. The only caveat is that I would not recommend for toddlers. There is numerous items within their reach that could be damaged. It is packed with things for older children,and our granddaughter had a great time. Thanks to Tammy for making our stay amazing. Would definitely come back 」

「The home was in the perfect location and fit our family needs. The interior is beautiful and updated.Jennifer was very responsive when needing to communicate with her.」

「This was a great stay for my group of friends who were in town for another friend’s birthday. The location was great with some cool diners nearby as well as the river! Check-in and parking were simple, the rooms clean, and the kitchen great with lots of fridge space. 」
