Overall A nice Stay
Overall it's a nice stay. Room is clean, quite quiet on my floor. And staff made you feel welcomed. Their toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn. Though in very small bottles, it's enough for one day use. The service at the breakfast is good! They showed you the way personally not only directing you by pointing out fingers. The check-in service is a bit un-organized. I guess it's due to there were a group of meeting guests checking in at the same time. No hotel staff to guide people stay in line. So if you are not one of the meeting participants, that means you don't have acquaintances, you have to wait till the group finishes their check in.

酒店就位在在廣州東站的附近走路大概10分鐘左右就到 酒店就是希爾頓該有的水準 對於位在一線城市的市中心來說這個價格算是非常實惠

位置非常方便，員工也很熱誠，附近有美食街，醫肚一流。對面的購物商場，頂樓有一間賣家品，muji style,平muji 六成，值得去一下

位置在万达旁边，离中心不近，但是有车也方便，前台服务很好，赠送了小饼干，早餐种类丰富

房间非常闷热，我们预订了2间房间，都是非常闷热，无论空调怎么调节都没用。除了室内空调问题外， 其他都还不错。 早餐不错。

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel... we did encounter some misunderstanding at the beginning (being given a standard twin room despite having specified on the booking site that it was meant to be for 3 adults stay) however staff members were very keen and passionate to actively help address our concerns and work on alternative solutions. Thanks a lot!

The environment of hotel is good, with a lot of sightseeing places and shopping mall as well as food court with delicious food. The location of the hotel is good for traveling around the city of Nanjing. It is very easy to take a taxi. You can ask the help from the belt boy to take a taxi also. The room is clean with a a large king size bed. The hotel is equipped with different kinds of facilities, such as high class restaurant. You are strongly recommended to try both the Chinese and Western food in the two restaurants inside the hotel. The food is delicious there and more importantly it is not expensive at all. The breakfast is also excellent, starting from very early in the morning until 10am. During the night time, you can have a drink with your friends at the hotel launch. It is quite relaxing and you can freely chat with your friend in a comfortable environment. Besides that, there is also the gym for you to keep fit. Of course, there is the in-house swimming pool which is big enough and very suitable for kids and family or a group of friends to play around before you hang out at the Nanjing city. If you feel tired after the exercise, you should not miss the chance to try the SPA at fifth floor which also provide massage. Different styles are available, such as Thai massage or Chinese traditional massage, or foot massage which is especially excellent after having a whole day hanging around the city for shopping. Last but not the least, the price is good and affordable.

The room is very nice and clean. A/C is working well and the bed is very comfortable and big enough. Location of the hotel is not bad, can reach downtown within 20 minutes by subway. The only concern is, there is not much choice of higher class restaurant nearby, especially the western type.

失望的南京希爾頓
訂房時有註明要多一顆枕頭，結果沒有提供。我同時也是HHonors的金卡會員，入住時說找不到用Hotels.com的訂房資料，而且口氣很硬，還說下次用希爾頓的訂才找得到，這邏輯是什麼？基本上入花這個錢很不值得。另外游泳池開放給外部人使用，出入的人很雜，清潔做的不徹底。

5星級的酒店，員工服務也很不錯。可惜上網服務很差，還有房卡是有問題的，要拍很多次才可以成功，令搭LIFT及入房時都很不方便。

浴室的淋浴設備不方便使用。king size的床太短。早上服務員會敲門要打掃房間，若不想被叫醒要使用＂請勿打擾＂的功能。房間隔音很差。
