入住遇到客房浴缸有點小問題，但反應後迅速維修改善。本次入住新房型，房間隔音相當良好，且窗簾隔光效果佳，可獲得充分休息。 早餐部分，服務生會貼心的先詢問需要的飲品幫忙準備好。食物種類算豐富，偏向西式。

酒店服务人员服务态度不好，房间隔音太差，浴室里的毛巾也有异味，入住体验非常差！

I don't think this hotel can meet Sheraton level. Quite old and the amenities is not enough. The provide only one set of bathing stuffs and one bottle of water a day. I first time i meet.

Perfect hotel to enjoy the shopping and nightlife
We spent one night in Sheraton Nanjing Kingsley, which was fairly pleasant. It offers free parking, it is close to the city centre. There are many good spots for shopping and eating. The service is excellent, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only disappointment is the elevator is a bit noisy, the bathtub is out-dated and water pressure is not good enough (our room was on 31st floor). Apart from those, everything is great!

Clean , nice environment
Good location, nice view and conveinence . Standard five stars hotel. Carpet is nice and clean. The shower place is not big enough. Swimming pool is fantastic. Will go to visit again . Staff is helpful. Authentic dinning place nearby and even late night dinning. The subway station is nearby with supermarket. The night view of the city is good. The airport too far away , take about 50 mins by taxi. No shuttle bus to airport. Will place visit agsin. Good

交通便利但整體服務ㄧ般般，內裝有點老舊的不好不壞的酒店。如果商務住宿是個不錯的選擇，大堂的服務一般般，早餐還不錯，附近銀行很多辦事很方便

非常不错的住宿体验，房型不错，床果然很舒服。酒店设施也没有其他评论说的那样老，或许那栋楼老了点，但是酒店内部还是很不错的，房间里也非常好，唯一美中不足的是这个地方离景点都没有非常近的，离新街口最近吧。不过打车也很快。总体来说是非常不错的！

A very bad experience, an old hotel bought by Sheraton, but no any renovation. everything is broken and dirty. I will never ever come back.

It’s a nice hotel, just a bit older, and the repairs over the years haven’t been done properly (eg. the seams in the bathroom were done in grey, which doesn’t match the beige tiles). This is visible in the rooms and bathrooms: they’re totally fine, but show signs of wear and tear. The bathroom has water stains, the scale doesn’t work, etc.
