"Beautiful and comfortable home in a private, gated community. If you’re looking for activities on the river, fishing and hiking, this place is great. Literally steps away from the Nantahala river. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the river. Wall-to-wall windows, allowing amazing views of the river and mountains. We love to cook family meals while away and this kitchen is amazing. State of the art everything! Close to Bryson City too for a nice day excursion. Can’t wait to come back!! "

"The view from the top of this mountain was spectacular; the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The hill getting up there is a little troublesome, only because of how steep it is, but if you want to get to the top of the mountain you have to climb - so it was expected. Overall, everything was just as advertised in the ad. "

"Wifi did not work. The code was wrong or not related to the system. TV was not cable but that horrible streaming where you cant get any normal network programming. Floors did not match. Kitchen light switch was hidden. No TP holder in bathroom. Shower faucet was falling off and hard to adjust. Building seemed to be coming apart. View was not very good despite the pictures. Driveway was rutted and poor condition as was the street in front. Really a terrible experience. We have photos. "

"The house was in a quiet beautiful location just a short drive from downtown Bryson. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. You are in the mountains and you do have to drive up hills to get there. It was a beautiful log cabin with a wrap around porch."

"The house itself was nice overall. The kids enjoyed having their own space and so did we. The driveway was very scary, nowhere to go but off the mountain if you pass someone. We all ended up with folliculitis from the hot tub probably due to the PH levels not being right."
