Cocoonr agency offers this tastefully decorated flat for rent in Nantes. Located on the ground floor with a few steps to the entrance of the building, it is 41 m² in size and can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Neighbourhood and activities :
- From the flat, you can hear the Elephant of the Machines de l'île bellowing!
- Ideally situated on the heights of the Butte Sainte-Anne, you can look out over the Loire and enjoy a lovely panoramic view of Nantes.
- It's one of Nantes' favourite neighbourhoods, with its Montmartre-style village atmosphere and peaceful atmosphere. All the shops you need are just a few steps away.
- The Jules Verne Museum and Planetarium are just a 3-minute walk away, and before long the famous Heron Tree will be just around the corner...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park.

Quartiere così così

I’allogio e arredato correttamente. Peccato che si trovi al piano terreno e i passanti ti guardano in casa. In questo periodo di calura era difficile è poco sicuro poter tenere le finestre spalancate. Inoltre abbiamo avuto problemii con i meccanismi di chiusura delle ante.
