Great Spot, Great apartment
Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. The location was great since we used our bicycles to get to town. Our Hosts were terrific. They even found us some duck tape to fix a cycling shoe. We would highly recommend staying here while in Nantucket.

Wonderful experience
We rented for three weeks and can’t say enough about the property. After many years renting older homes in town, we wanted a brand new, clean and efficient place and traded a town location for a bit further out than we were used to. We would stay here again in a heartbeat - was a wonderful place, friendly and accommodating home owners, beautifully landscaped patio, brand new very clean and nicely decorated home with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs, and just overall fantastic. We will be back!

FIVE STARS all around!!
This Nantucket apartment was perfect!! Lubo was an amazing host - he went above and beyond to accommodate an early checkin and later checkout based on our ferry schedule. Everything inside was new, clean, and well decorated! It has all the essentials with towels, beach chairs, hair dryers, washer/dryer, appliances, big closets, etc. The outdoor patio and chairs was quaint and inviting! Do not be dissuaded by it being a downstairs apartment - it’s gets plenty of light and has lots of windows. I will highly recommend this to friends and family in the future and would book this in a heartbeat if we return to Nantucket
