「The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!」

「I was recommended this hotel from friends and I am glad I stayed here. By FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Germany as an American. Frühstück musste dazu gebucht werden, meine Nachricht mit Frühstück dazu buchen wurde nicht gelesen. Personal bei Frühstück mega freundlich und aufmerksam. Gute Aussicht über die Stadt beim Frühstück. Bei unserer Suite stand auch Stadtblick bei der Beschreibung, leider hatten wir nur ein Blick auf den Parkplatz mit nachtbeleuchtung und Getränke /Flaschen Lager :(」
