We are a private unit and not affiliated with the Silverado Resort. The benefit is that there is no extra resort fee to pay. Enjoy easy access to Silverado's amenities like the Mansion House, Grill restaurant and bar, Pro shop, and Spa, all within walking distance. Note: The golf course and tennis courts are not available to Airbnb guests.

Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check-outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. If you find you need more flexibility, we recommend extending your stay by an additional night.
