Downtown Napa Bungalow on Historic Fuller Park

Come live your best life in walkable, fantastic downtown Napa. It is so much fun to be so close-to all the action, yet set among historic homes in a family friendly park setting. Easy home base to enjoy Yountville, Carneros and St. Helena.
Light, bright fully furnished historic home. 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with 1930's charm. Located directly across from iconic Fuller Park. Updated kitchen and bath with stainless appliances. We love Napa and take pride in this home. Very clean and easy to live in. Nicely equipped with everything you need so that all you have to bring is your clothing and those special little things that make it your own. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking at home. It is a very convenient home, just 4 short blocks to downtown Napa including dozens of restaurants, Saturday farmer's market, live music, rooftop fire pits at Archer hotel, wine tastings, spa and great shopping. OxBow Public Market for famous Gotts, Model Bakery and more are also a short fun walk away. Large, rustic backyard too. We welcome those new to the valley, those seeking a holiday and the space of Napa Valley or those in for short term work assignments. Easy to 29 for commute.

Home is multi-level. There are stairs to get in house, to beds/bath and down to laundry/backyard.

Dog (1) OK for additional fee of $250 for entire stay. Cannot accept more than 1 well behaved dog. Sorry no cats due to allergies.

Note: 31 Day minimum, 6 month maximum. Rental of 31-120 days will be discounted 30% off of listed daily rate if booked for stays before February during park playground upgrade. We, me and my three friends spent a month and enjoyed such an amazing good time in this so amazing beautiful house from owner Karen. The owner did everything to make our stay in her house the best and made it possible for us to make so many beautiful memories together there. Owner Karen is very kind and supportive and explained everything about the house very well and when there are questions, they are immediately answered too. The house is very beautiful located next to the amazing beautiful Fuller Park in Napa and is such a good place for an amazing stay and gave us everything and way more than what we absolutely had hoped for. We will absolutely come back to Napa again and we highly recommend to rent Karen's beautiful house for a stay when you want to go enjoy Napa, Napa Valley area and the Bay Area. Amazing home in great location

We loved our month long stay here at Karen’s place in Napa! The host provides a wonderful, fully stocked, vacation home in a great downtown location. Very walkable neighborhood across from a park; we walked to town a lot. This was an clean and nicely decorated house that was great for enjoying home cooked meals and chilling on the comfy couch. Backyard looked like it would be amazing in season. Can’t wait for a return trip!

We had a really nice time exploring Napa (even in the rain!) Great location right across from a park, easy walk to downtown, great restaurants, river walk, and more! It is a very cute house with nice backyard. Karen was great! We hope to return!

I wish I could give this home a 10 star review! The location especially deserves 10 stars. Walking distance to down town. We brought our bikes and rode through all the turn of the century neighborhoods and loved the houses. This house has been very tastefully updated and the vintage charm has been retained! Beautiful coffered ceilings and custom touches, yet very modern and easy to live in. The back yard is awesome, and my favorite touch was the balcony off the master bedroom. Karen was easy to get in touch with and everything went perfect! I will be back.

Charming historic cottage near downtown Napa!

We stayed at this lovely home for two months in spring and absolutely enjoyed it! I needed a place near my elderly parents for a few months, and this home was a wonderful respite and fun diversion in the midst of some serious healthcare issues for my family. The property has everything we needed for a long stay, and the surrounding patio/ front and back yard and park across the way was such a peaceful place to walk, hear the birds, and see and smell the beautiful flowers! When I didn't feel like cooking on some days, we walked downtown for a nice dinner. The house has beautiful morning and afternoon light, and has a beautiful spirit and charm about it! Karen was a wonderful host, and we hope to stay again!

Lovely Little House

I stayed at this property for three months. The location is awesome. Having the park across the street and the backyard was just perfect for me and my dog, Leo. The house is very comfortable. The owner was responsive and I had everything I needed for a great stay. I wish I had known about the stairs --as I had recent knee surgery. It was good for me, but wish I had known ahead of time!

Lovely home near Downtown Napa

My husband and I enjoyed several weeks at this property while our own home was undergoing construction. We loved the home’s location across from a large park and only blocks from Downtown Napa’s restaurants and bars. Karen was wonderful. She was responsive to questions about the neighborhood and kind in all our communications. My husband and I were so grateful to have found this comfortable house and convenient location. I highly recommend.

Charming Downtown Napa Experience

We were completely enchanted with this property. A perfect combination of character and convenience, this vintage home sits directly across from a large, beautiful park and is within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and wine-tasting. The house is well appointed and the host goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. The newly remodeled kitchen is stunning and equipped with everything you could need. In the Middle of Historic Napa

This is a comfortable, well equipped home in a pleasant location. My husband and I have been able to enjoy the Napa area as tourists and still feel like locals when we were at home. The nearby park allowed us to absorb the historic neighbourhood.
