Welcome to Hale Mahina A301. This beautifully remodeled corner beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts expansive ocean views throughout. This condo features a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, office desk with a view, and breathtaking views. Hale Mahina is a very special smaller resort as it's one of the only resorts in the Honokowaii with useable sandy beach. Living Area: Open-concept layout with Smart TV (cable), ceiling fan, sofa & sitting chairs, work desk with wireless printer and ocean view. Fully remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, and all essentials provided. The primary suite area connects here and can be closed off by a pocket door for privacy.
Primary Suite: King canopy bed with premium linens and a luxurious oversized en-suite bath featuring dual-sink vanity, custom walk-in shower, and plenty of storage — plus stunning ocean views.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with closet space and en-suite bathroom featuring a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower and single-sink vanity.
Lanai: Spacious oceanfront lanai with dining table (4 chairs) and sectional sofa — perfect for meals or relaxing sunsets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
Hale Mahina does not have air conditioning. Each room has ceiling fans, jalousie-style windows, and benefits from consistent ocean breezes.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife including geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.

Update Descriotion

Please update the description so it accurately matches the unit. There is no bath tub in the unit as advertised and that was a factor in choosing this unit.Otherwise, hard to beat the Hale Mahina.
