All brand-new furniture. This is a 2-story unit. 2 screened balconies to watch the boats coming in and out of the bay. It is a high demand winter getaway destination with a short a few minutes' walk to Naples white sand beaches. Amazing location with onsite marina and Delnor Wiggins State Park as well as a great area to bike and walk. Close to Mercato shopping.
Remodeling in the building is finished beautifully.

North Naples Walk to the Beach

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated condo. There is lots to do with a four minute walk to the beach, lovely pool and biking options. It was our first stay in Naples and we really loved North Naples! The amount of damage that this area sustained with Hurricane Ian is sobering. Work on the gutted 1st floor (condos and lobby) started mid way through our 7 week stay. Mary was responsive to any issue we contacted her about and she was transparent about the possibility of work of this nature during our stay. Thanks Mary for a lovely stay and escape from the winter weather up north!
