The place is very clean and Gemma is incredibly attentive and helpful. There is an issue with the shower alternating between hot and cold water, but everything else was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Naples, close to everything and surrounded by the energy and chaos that make the city so unique. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a view over Naples, and honestly, sitting there and watching the city was one of my favorite parts of the stay. It felt like being right in the heart of Naples: beautiful, lively, a little chaotic, and completely authentic. We didn’t have much personal contact with Gemma, but they were always available and answered all of our questions whenever we needed help. Getting into the hotel for the first time is honestly a little funny — it feels like a tiny treasure hunt! But it was actually part of the experience and we had fun with it. There is also an elevator, so don’t worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you want to experience Naples from a very central and authentic location.

This place could easily be one of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. My room was incredibly spacious and beautiful, with high ceilings, a lovely balcony with a perfect view, every amenity I could need, a minibar, plenty of outlets, and a very comfortable bed. As a light sleeper, I was especially impressed by how well soundproofed the room was, it was wonderfully quiet throughout my stay. Everything was spotless, the location was fantastic, and Gemma was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She generously provided complimentary kitchen snacks and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The building also has a convenient elevator, which is a huge plus for solo travelers like me. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly cannot fault this property. Was perfectly located, close to a metro station, but also easy to walk anywhere. Gemma was a wonderful host, who offered suggestions on what to do on my visit. She was also on hand if I had any issues. Wonderful stay for my first time in Naples

Outstanding room, super comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Location was brilliant both for shopping and nightlife. The only drawback are the very steep stairs up to the rooms which are on the 3rd floor (it looks like building work for an elevator has started😀) Excellent location near Stazione di Montesanto, trains go directly to Pompei, also the Fenikulare to Castel Sant' Elmo. Excellent communication from Gemma the owner.
